We are so excited to be doing our 3rd Women’s wellness retreat!

“Be Still and Know”

We are going to “Let go and let God”

We are going to give ourselves permission to “be still” to listen to our bodies, to rest, to read a book, to eat a delicious meal and not worry about the calories, to nap if we want to! We are letting go of anything that is no longer serving us, things we can’t control, letting go of stress, unhealthy patterns, past hurts….

Our retreat provides a supportive environment where women can share their stories, pray, read, draw, color, meditate, journal and find solace. Through therapeutic workshops, journaling prompts, gentle rituals, and a community of other women, participants embark on a journey towards healing and resilience. This is more than a retreat; it's a haven where individuals can connect with God, connect with the universe, connect with themselves, and connect with others who understand, in a peaceful and nurturing atmosphere.

Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God.”

"Just what the doctor ordered! This was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself!  I learned so much and walked away with more than I ever imagined.  It was a retreat for self-care, and I learned self-forgiveness along the way.  I came home feeling refreshed and excited to put into practice things I learned! I highly recommend this retreat!"
